Snowcathcer 3-pipe is mounted at the eave to prevent falling snowmasses from the roof to damage persons or objects near the building. The snowcatcher 3-pipe should be mounted without gaps along the whole width of the roof. This is to prevent uneven load on the mounting from snow sliding from a larger roof area than the snowcatcher is designed for.
