LECA beam block
The U-shaped block
LECA beam blocks have the shape of a U-block and are mainly used to increase the load-bearing capacity, as well as for attaching joists or roofs to LECA isoblocks. Beam blocks are then supplemented with XPS insulation for a reduced cold bridge. Beams made of LECA beam blocks with cast-in reinforcement or steel beam can also be used for higher loads over openings.
